Object Description
A late 19th century herb chopper, having twin beech handles with incised lines. The steel blade is stamped ‘Mutzig-Framont’, which was a hardware manufacturer in Mutzig, Germany. The firm was founded in 1873 and closed in 1932. The handles are at an angle, so it is most easy to use and a compliment to any kitchen.
