Object Description
Circa 1860. Exhibition quality, Victorian 2 door mahogany wardrobe, with stylish flared cornice with two large capped fluted tapering columns beneath with flamed mahogany facings. Two large doors with arches and mirror matched flamed mahogany veneers with excellent colour. Inside the wardrobe there is a combination of slides and drawers on one side, and hanging on the other side, beneath the two doors, there’s a full-length drawer with two turn knob handles, and a large protruding block which forms the base of the columns, all standing on an enclosed mahogany plinth.
