This is a gorgeous antique Victorian silver plate on copper pedestal punch bowl / wine cooler Circa 1860 in date.
This exquisite punch bowl has beautiful hammered decoration with twin lion mask and ring handles and applied with George II halfpenny coins below the rim,

Condition:
