An interesting antique Victorian novelty silver plated dinner gong modelled as a large stirrup complete with riding crop clapper, the base bearing the Victorian makers mark and Circa 1880 in date.
This fabulous gong is extremely well made with careful attention to detail and a very resonant sound when struck!
A superb piece that would make a fine fun addition to any antique collection and your special dinners.
