Object Description
A nice example of a late 1800s / early 1900s timepiece Vienna regulator in a well-figured burr walnut case. The canted corners of the door have well-carved scrolls to the top and bottom, and glazed panels to the sides of the case. The scrolls and the fixed pediment with curved moulded shaping give this clock quite an elegant feel.
The 8-day timepiece movement has tapered plates and is fully overhauled and guaranteed for 3 years.
2-piece enamel dial in perfect original condition, with original matching steel hands.
All brasswork is polished and lacquered – the dial bezel, weight and pendulum bob.
Height 41 inches (104cms)
