Object Description
Art Deco aquamarine and diamond cluster ring. Centrally set with an oval scissor cut natural unenhanced aquamarine in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 7.60 carats, further set on either side with twenty round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.20 carats, to an impressive cluster featuring split curving claws, intricate openwork geometric clusters, millegrain borders throughout, ornately scrolling open gallery supported by chenier decoration and fitted to reverse with shaped backholing, the integrated shoulders flow down to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, English, circa 1935.
