Object Description
Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring. Set with an oval double brilliant cut natural unenhanced Ceylon sapphire in an open back four claw setting with an approximate weight of 2.61 carats, flanked by a fan of ten tapered baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover channel settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.70 carats, to a solitaire design of tapering design, with a finely pierced gallery, fancy shaped backholing and a squared shank. Marked platinum, circa 1935, accompanied by Gem Research Swisslab (GRS) report #2011-122752.
