Georges Henri Bilhaut (1882-1963) was a painter and art historian from Abbeville/ Normandy, he studied at the Collège Courbet d’Abbéville and was a pupil of Fernand Cormon at the École Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He is known for his evocative landscape paintings, mostly of the Normandy region.
