Object Description
Watercolour and gouache.
The artist wrote and illustrated “Animals we Know”. His favourite subjects were birds and animals in their natural settings. He lived in Edinburgh and was on the staff of the Edinburgh College of Art. He exhibited over 100 pictures at the Royal Scottish Academy and 73 at the Royal Scottish Watercolour Society.
