Object Description
Boucheron ruby and diamond cocktail ring. Centrally set with two rows of square step cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover and channel settings, fourteen in total with an approximate combined weight of 1.19 carats, horizontally framed by two rows of round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.76 carats, to a symmetrical cocktail ring design with grain decoration, featuring two solid barrels, diamond set to each end, curving detail and open square backholing, flowing through to trumpeting shoulders and tapering to a smooth solid shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, signed ‘Boucheron – Paris’, French, circa 1940.
