A rare mid 18th century Brussels’ Verdure’ Tapestry
This exquisite hand tapestry woven mid 18th century Brussels Verdure’ Tapestry features a wooded landscape with a grand castle on a rolling hillside with a flowing river passing under a stone arched bridge. The colours are predominantly blue, green, beige and brown.
The tapestry is backed with linen and velcro has been added to the back of the tapestry for ease of hanging.
