Object Description
Circa 1900, Burmese ebonised serpentine front side table. With shaped back gallery and open fretwork, the centre surmounted by birds and foliate carving. The shaped apron follows the form of the top, with open fretwork and a panel featuring more bird and foliate motifs. All standing on profusely carved legs with monkey heads to the top and united on a cruciform stretcher above cabriole feet on a raised bun base.
