Object Description
Circa 1870. Burr walnut continental Wellington chest of drawers. The rectangular polished top above a moulded fore-edge with a moulded front frieze drawer with mirror matched burr walnut and cast gilded brass handles and back plates. Beneath are five matching drawers flanked by fluted and turned pilasters, one which is a locking pilaster. Supported on a neat reverse breakfront base over flat bun feet.
