Object Description
Cartier diamond honeycomb ring. Set with twenty one cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.10 carats, to a domed bombé three row cluster featuring etched honeycomb collets, a solid gallery and circular open backholing, leading to tapering shoulders and flowing through to a solid shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, signed ‘Cartier’, French, circa 1944, authenticated by Cartier in 2013, service order no. 40763515, accompanied by Cartier pouch.
