This is without a doubt one of the very finest and most complete early pieces Harvey’s have ever handled and it is a great privilege to have this on show here for the second time in decades. It is truly the most remarkable Charles II Period Burr Walnut Escritoire containing some 44 drawers and secret compartments in total. This whole piece is the most exciting and extraordinary quality.
