Object Description
A particularly fine Chippendale Period Satinwood, Mahogany and Marquetry Pembroke Table, the centre panel with an oval reserve of Satinwood with neoclassical bell flower and centre rose marquetry inlay and with mahogany and scrolling foliate neoclassical marquetry spandrels, the Satinwood drop leaves and centre panel all crossbanded and above a fitted writing drawer and a dummy drawer with axe drop brass handles and the whole raised on square chamfered legs terminating in block feet.
