Object Description
Circa 1900, serpentine shaped mahogany occasional table after a design by Thomas Chippendale. With foliate carved fore-edge and interesting frieze, the table stands on a classic cluster column leg with a cruciform, 2 tier cross-over stretcher. The scrolling brackets beneath the top occur above and underneath the stretcher and it all finishes on a square block with canted back and brass castors.
