Object Description
Circa 1900. Chippendale-style neat-sized, serpentine front mahogany chest of drawers. The single-piece figured mahogany serpentine front top above a mahogany slide with brass axe head handles and four cock-beaded, graduated drawers with cast brass engraved swan neck handles and solid oak drawer linings. The canted sides with blind fretwork decoration and all supported on a small, moulded base with shaped bracket feet.
