This modern Sultanabad carpet uses designs from the famous Ziegler carpets woven in the late 19th century, Ziegler and Sultanabad have long been names associated with the most decorative and beautiful carpets. Gorgeous pale colours using muted blues, greys, greens and gentle reds a wonderful carpet to place into any room. We think this new collection of modern carpets are some of the best currently produced, with the variety of dyes, the weave and the height of the pile has been cut making them look like subtle faded antique carpets. Having been producing beautiful quality contemporary hand-made carpets since 1990 all our carpets and rugs use hand-spun wool and natural dyes woven within a fair trade weaving scheme to help aid the end of illegal child labour.
