Set with a round old cut diamond, E colour, SI1 clarity, with an approximate weight of 2.52 carats, in an open back four claw setting, bordered by an undulating row of twenty four tapered baguette cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover channel settings with a combined approximate weight of 3.00 carats, to an exceptional shapely cluster with finely pierced detail to the gallery as well as signature Oscar Heyman Brothers dot and dash engraving, decorative pierced backholing and smoothly conforming trumpeting shoulders with ridged detail continuing throughout the shank. Tested platinum, maker’s mark for Oscar Heyman Brothers, numbered ‘508892’, American, circa 1970, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America report #2171478681.
