Object Description
Circa 1850. Quality early Victorian rosewood work or side table. The rectangular top with rounded corners and a thumb moulding over a deep cross-banded frieze opens to reveal a fine satinwood fitted interior including workbasket. Supported on beautiful foliate carved and pierced trestles on twin cabriole supports with castors; all connected by a rope twist stretcher.
