Object Description
Circa 1850, Early Victorian Scottish grandfather clock by John Pringle of Earlston. With horn top and brass rondels and fluted columns to the front with gilded capitals and bases The single glazed door opens to a painted face with the four seasons. The short door is a flame mahogany panel and there is beading framing it, with ogee moulding spreading to the base, which is crossbanded in mahogany and finishes on 4 bracket feet. It is serviced and working.
