Object Description
Circa 1870. A stylish and elegant ebony framed mirror. The pierced arch top supported on stylish balustrades, the frieze with swags and tails in ivory with square flower heads in the corners and inlaid quarter brackets. The original bevel edged mirror with canted corners contained in an ebonized moulded slip, with ivory and tortoise shell inlay on the facings, broken by stylish pattern in the centre and at the base. The back of the mirror is paneled and polished. (Has certificate).
