Object Description
An early 20th century George V ebony jewellery box and a matching tray.
The box has the word ‘Jewels’ in sterling silver on the top of the lid and the tray has sterling silver corner mounts.
The silver has hall marks for London, the year 1925 and maker’s marks for Walter Russell.
The interior of the box is lined in purple velvet and has a lift out ring tray.
The box is in good condition, the key is not working and one silver corner mount of the tray has some damage. (Circa 1925)
