Object Description
Edwardian diamond two stone ring. Set with two round old cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 carats, further set with seventeen round rose cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.17 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.77 carats, to an stylised foliate cross over design, featuring curving claws, millegrain edging and fancy shape open backholing, flanked by conforming shoulders flowing through to a solid tapering shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, tested platinum, circa 1910.
