Edwardian enamel and diamond watch ring. Set with thirty one rose cut diamonds in closed back grain and collet settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.31 carats, to an ornate watch ring featuring a circular watch dial with blue and red numerals and two gold hands, the gallery decorated around the full circumference with royal blue enamel, a diamond set star design, granular detail and watch winder, the trumpeting shoulders feature a carved leaf with further intricately carved foliate detail flowing into a split D-shape shank, fitted to reverse with a smooth polished oval plaque, removable to reveal the watch mechanism. Tested 18 carat yellow gold, circa 1910.
