Object Description
A delicate ancient Egyptian, black hardstone scarab with a stylised pattern to the reverse. The obverse is simple in nature, with a moulded clypeus and head. Linear striations divide the prothorax and elytra. The reverse features a simple motif, highly stylised. It could possibly feature two figures, with a large ‘neb’ sign beneath them.
