Object Description
An Egyptian red glazed faience amulet in the form of a frog. The amphibian is depicted sitting with its legs and webbed feet folded beneath its body. The head is slightly raised and features finely sculpted detailing to the eyes and mouth, now worn due to age. The amulet is pierced longitudinally for suspension.
