Object Description
A finely carved Egyptian rock crystal scarab with a rounded carapace, with incised detailing depicting its naturalistic features. Incisions have been used to depict a triangular head and clypeus, and the feathered legs on the sides. The reverse has been left unadorned. The scarab has been pierced longitudinally for suspension.
