Object Description
A mahogany-cased fusee dial clock signed Vieyres, 40 Pall Mall, London, dated c.1840.
The mahogany case has a locking base door, hinged side access door, and narrow dial surround.
The 12-inch painted convex iron dial has Roman numerals within a minute track, and is signed for the maker. It is set behind a convex glass. The cast brass bezel is secured with a lock, the key passing through the dial surround.

Eight day fusee movement with a shaped plate, turned pillars and teardrop feet on the back-cock.
