Empire style chair with gilt bronze mounts

The armrests of this Empire style armchair lead to ormolu motifs in the form of rams heads. They frame the chair, which is of a circular shape to the back, and is upholstered in a peach-coloured velvet fabric with gold braiding. The chair is supported by four legs, two of which stand on paw feet and are mounted with decorative gilt bronze mounts.
