An exceptional antique Heriz carpet with a wonderful fine weave, from a private collection this was purchased many years ago from a high-end London dealer. An excellent variety of colours from pale blues to natural whites combined with deep reds and indigo blues. With the original pile, fringes and sides secure it is a beautiful late 19th century carpet. Ideal for a drawing room, study, entrance hall or dining room, these fantastic Heriz carpets are extremely tough as well as decorative. One of the best pieces from this area that has just arrived.
