Object Description
Circa 1860. Exhibition quality Victorian, burr walnut open bookcase. The top in mirror-matched fire burr walnut with protruding corners and a beaded frieze above the three bookcase sections each with two adjustable shelves. The sides flanked by neo-classical fluted columns and all sitting on an enclosed plinth base. In perfect condition with a lovely mellow colour and beautiful patina. Functional and decorative.
