This piece is a splendid, ebonised wood antique cabinet decorated with Boulle inlay and ormolu mounts, formed with three mirrored doors to the front, separated by fluted columns and decorated with inlaid brass, tortoise shell and ebonised wood with ormolu mounts, on bun feet.

Three mirrored doors can be observed to the front of the cabinet, each one separated by fluted columns. The cabinet stands on ebonised wood bun feet. Boulle work, named after the renowned Andre-Charles Boulle, the cabinetmaker to King Louis XIV of France can be observed on three of the four sides of the cabinet.
