Object Description
This superb pair of armorial William & Mary silver trefid spoons were made in London in 1693 by TZ crowned – possibly Thomas Issod (Izzod) They measure 7.75 inches in length and have a lovely original coat of arms to the reverse of the stem along with full hallmarks, they each have a good well defined and long rat tail to the back of the bowls and the bowls are well formed with no obvious signs of wear. A lovely pair of armorial trefid spoons in excellent condition weighing 3.25 ounces or 101 grams.
