Object Description
This very good quality pair of George III silver salts were made in London in 1804 by Peter Podio and measure 4.5 inches handle to handle by 3 inches wide across the bowl and standing almost 3 inches tall, there stand on a square pedestal base and have a gadrooned border around the top, they are fully and clearly hallmarked under the base and are in excellent condition weighing a hefty 7.95 ounces or 247 grams.
