Object Description
Fine quality pair of early 20th century Adams style flame mahogany pedestal cabinets by WARING & GILLOWS of Lancaster. Although not stamped anywhere that I can see these are definetely by Waring and Gillows as I have them pictured in my early 20th century original Gillows catalogue. Great quality thoughout, even the back parts are dovetailed that you don’t see. The carved decoration is crisp and there is no damage or repairs. The cabinets are both fully fitted, one with shelves the other with trays. They are both in good clean condition. Neither have locks to the doors but the doors close prfectly and don’t swing open.
