A finely carved 19th Century mahogany scroll end window seat.
English Circa 1860.
Having beautifully carved mahogany acanthus leaf scroll ends with a recently upholstered deep buttoned linen fabric seat and arms, this very attractive window seat dates to mid 19th Century.
The carving being of the highest quality, with a choice cut of mahogany used, having been reupholstered to a high standard.
Standing on tapering spiral fluted supports this fine quality window seat has good proportions having a deep seated area.
Fully restored and with complementary fabric this 19th century window seat will make a fine addition to any home.
