Having beautifully hand carved mahogany acanthus leaf scroll ends with a deep buttoned fabric seat this very attractive window seat dates to circa 1860.
The carving is of the highest quality with a choice cut of mahogany used and has been reupholstered to a high standard.
Standing on tapering spiral fluted supports this fine quality window seat has good proportions having a deeply seated area.
Fully restored and with complimentary fabric, this 19th-century window seat will make a fine addition to any home.
