Object Description
Circa 1820, French mahogany supper table. The rectangular solid top with a simple edge over a full length drawer with pressed brass escutcheon, circular handles with central flowerhead backplates and ormolu mounts of an urn with swags and tails. Whilst open, the flaps are held in place by wooden hinges, with a faux drawer to the back. Standing on square, reeded and tapering legs on cast brass balls, all unified by a shelf with wavy gallery.
