Object Description
Circa 1890, French style walnut cabinet likely by Morison and Co of Edinburgh. With shaped pink mottled marble top, held in place by a gilded bezel and above a full length drawer. The bombe shaped gables have herringbone banding and rococo shaped mounts, there is a shelf towards the base, and shaped apron to all sides. Finishing on cast gilded sabots, with adjustable shelves and the oak back has been veneered in mahogany.
