Geo III Welsh oak dresser base.

Object Description

A Geo III oak enclosed dresser base with three drawers above a centre panel with panelled doors either side. The dresser comes from the Shropshire /Montgomeryshire borders , stands on shaped bracket feet and has panelled ends. English/Welsh Circa 1780.

Object Condition

Good colour and patina, there is a strengthening baton at the back of the right hand door (see photo) which could probably be removed if necessary.
