Lovely colour, nice sized, 18th century George 3rd mahogay chest of drawers. Great format with typical 18th century mouldings. Two over three drawer configuration. the drawers with cock beaded edges, fully oak lined inside and with original iron locks. The chest stands on bold ogee shape bracket feet. The brass handles are old replacements. The chest is a gorgeous colour with original patination and a waxed finish. A super, substantial piece of early Georgian carcass bedroom furniture.
