Object Description
Circa 1880, George II style marble top, carved and gilded console table. The white and speckle marble top with ogee moulded edge, over a carved and gilded frame (that follows the form of the marble). The deep apron with a central shell and surrounded by Rococo style carving, with similar shell design to the stretchers. On cabriole legs with carved details, incised patterns to the facing and foliate carved, curled feet.
