Object Description

An outstanding silver sauce jug of large size and heavy gauge. The decorative feet are cast in the form of lady face masks and hand engraved to one side is a cryptic cypher. Excellent quality. On the underside there is an old collector’s label “Collezione Petochi Roma”.

Weight 697g, 22.4 troy ounces.
Height to top of handle 15.7cm, 6.2ins. Spread from lip to tip of handle 23.3cm, 9.1ins.
