Object Description
Good 18th century George III mahogany butterfly shape pembroke table. Square tapered legs with moulded block foot and moulded decoration up the legs.
Bow-fronted ends with a long drawer in one side and a dummy drawer in the other. The drawer cross banded in tulip-wood with original brass swan neck handles on both sides.
The leaves are held up with double lopers on both sides underneath.
The whole place is a gorgeous original colour and patination only achieved from years of waxing.
SIZES; 39″ by 35″ when open by 27 1/2″ high. 20″ across when the leaves are down.
