Object Description
A particularly good George III Period Ash hanging corner cupboard, the all round edge framing and the dentil moulding suggest Cheshire/North Wales as an origin and the use of Ash reinforces this. While the lower door panels have a single black line picking them out, the roundels of concentric circles on the upper panels is similar to a motif used on Windsor chairs of this era.
The interior has two fixed shaped shelves and is painted pale green.
