Circa 1830, George IV mahogany reading table or music stand. The hinged top in well figured mahogany with adjustable ratchet to the back for adjusting the angle, and a removable ledge for holding papers/sheet music in place. On a turned, tapering, ring turned stem with carved collar over hipped sabre legs with reeded tops and on brass castors.
