Object Description
Circa 1820, Chinese Export travelling trunk with the retailers label (inside) of M Cleghorn and Co., 100 George St, Edinburgh. The hardwood trunk is covered by patinated dark leather with ornate brass studding and brass corners and edging. It is in good condition and could be converted into an eclectic coffee table, or storage trunk.
