(This incredibly elegant and classy wall mirror dates
to the early 17th century, so 300 years old, and is in
excellent condition. Clearly it has been well loved and
treasured with just a few minor repairs and chips/scuffs
and scrapes. It also appears that the mirror plate could
well be original with absolutely no signs whatsoever of
anybody having accessed the back to replace the plate and
the plate itself is definitely old. We are not however able to
guarantee that this mirror plate is original simply because
the condition of it is slightly better than we would normally
expect to see in mirror plates of this age. All in all this is
a very nice mirror, in very good condition and a great,
practical size.)
